| When I first searched the web for a "Bluetooth Stereo Headset", I saw a lot of reviews that said "this headset sounds great!", or "that headset sounds great", but nothing too specific beyond that. So I ended up having to try out a few headsets before finally settling on the Motorola MOTOROKR S305. This headset is amazing! It has a clear, crisp sound with lots mid-range, treble and more importantly...bass! Plus, it not only syncs up easily with my iPod Touch, it only has to be synced up once. I did read a review that mentioned that it was uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, but I find them to be very comfortable. The other headsets that I tried, werent even close to the over-all quality of the S305. In fact, I would recommend that you stay away from IOGears GBMH211W6 altogether. It was difficult to wear and even more difficult to sync— requiring multiple attempts. It also cuts out frequently because of interference from Wi-Fi, microwaves, cellphones, hearing aids, butterflies...whatever. Did I mention that their tech support sucks? Well, there you have it! The other headset I tried was the Insignia NS-BTHDP Bluetooth Headset from Best Buy. Let me tell you, it is anything but a "best buy". This headset had some of the same issues as IOGears GBMH211W6, including the same interference problem. Oh, and the bass response is horrendous! So, avoid becoming a human Guinea Pig and go straight for the MOTOROKR S305, you wont be disappointed. Its a great Stereo Bluetooth headset. And for the $55.90 (including shipping from WMExperts) its well worth the money. Note: For the MOTOROKR S305 to work with an iPod Touch or the iPhone, youll need the software 3.0 update from the Apple website. ($9.95) http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/softwareupdate.html *No dongle adapter is necessary with the iPod Touch or the iPhone! | |||||
