I use these headphones with my Q, which easily pairs in headset (handsfree) mode, AVRCP mode, and A2DP mode. They work great for listening to stereo music via WMP, pausing and skipping tracks, and then answering calls whenever they come in. Some cons: the microphone is pretty sensitive to wind noise, so you can't really use this headset outdoors, also, they look kinda funny and are a bit uncomfortable during long listening sessions. Small price to pay to cut the cord, IMO, but there might be smaller alternatives available at the present time.
Good sound, no more wires

Pros:
Good sound quality, easily accessible buttons
Cons:
Makes you look like Princess Leah, can pinch ears
This is my first bluetooth headset. I went right from wired headsets directly to the stereo bluetooth. Makes calls easier to hear, with the dual headset. Good sound quality for music...not quite noise canceling, but pretty close. The buttons are very easy to use.
I have traveled cross country with these a dozen times, and they are still working. They have been beat up for about a year, and still going strong. I use them at work, in the car, at the gym, on trains, in planes, you name it.
It also comes with a cable just in case you are in a place that does not allow wireless transmissions, or if the battery dies.
