The choices in hybrid headsets compatible with Motorola's connector are unfortunately few. This one in particular, though it does work, is of the type that has that really uncomfortable, close join-age of the mic with the wire so it just feels very awkward and looks even worse.

The sound is decent, but the volume is a bit low (not helped by the Q's low output).
