The WMExperts Store uses UPS as our primary carrier for all orders.

For most orders we charge a flat fee of just $5.95 for UPS Ground shipments and about $9.95 for UPS 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental US. We also offer UPS Next Day Air and Next Day Air A.M. shipping options. Once you added an item to your cart, you can see a real-time quote for all the available services, delivery dates, and shipping costs to your destination.

Daily Shipping Cutoff

For orders using Next Day Air the daily shipping cutoff is 4:25 PM EST, for Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services, the daily shipping cutoff is 3:25 PM EST Mon - Fri. For UPS Ground shipments, the daily shipping cutoff is 12:25 PM EST Mon - Fri.

Orders with back-ordered items

Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into partial shipments by sending us a Support Request or toll free at (866) 904-5882, 8am-5.30pm EST, Mon-Fri. International Customers including Hawaii and Alaska, call us at (866) 904-5882. We do not bill until the day your order ships.

For Smartphone orders there is no shipping date guarantee, due to potential delays in the credit approval process requried by the carriers.
